I play Chaccaron sometimes, but only until it reaches the WAT (Wife Anger Threshhold).

  If its a dish made of fried PORK RINDS, then how is it sometimes made from chicken, mutton or beef?

I've had it made with chicken; instead of pork rinds, it's just strips of chicken meat with the skin still on, sliced really thin.
