If by "no frills phone" you mean "not a phone that requires a data plan", then that's what I have.

I have a Sony Ericsson Cingulair phone. No data plan. No texting. I just use it as a mopho. We also have a rotary phone in our kitchen. But I thought we were talking about homophones. Maybe, Xolik can give us some input...

crap phone. I'm probably gonna get an android phone at some point. just nothing from Motorola, they have some sort of plan to destroy the processor if you try to mod it too far. or something like that.

Yeah, that's kind of my category too, so I haven't voted yet. I mean, it has an allegedly 'smart card' in it and can access the web if I want to pay exorbitant rates and use it over a lame interface which I don't even know if it's supported anymore. But then again, I don't believe it has an operating system (in terms of Windows mopho, palm, android, iphone, etc.)
