How do i get rid of admpc modem tap!

Does anybody know how to deal with admpc analog data monitor? I have no idea who put it there, or why they put it there, but I would like to know how to get rid of it, or send them a piece of my mind! You can find the info on the bug at http://www.zombo.com I have tried every thing I could to get rid of it, but to no success.
