Hi all,
This looks like a great place to spend the couple of hours "geek" time that I have convinced my other half I need to have every weekend :D
Looking forward to getting to know you all

Well, physics geeks are always welc...
waitaminute.
What is this 79 thing? That means you are not the first physicsgeek, but the 79th, or even maybe the 80th!
I dunno... maybe you're not even really a physics geek...
Ohhhh-kay, buster:
STATE THE 4TH LAW OF THERMODYNAMICS! NOW! DO IT!
O_O
-
And then state the 3rd Law of Robotics.
-
And then tell the above 2 morans to stfu.
-
And then the-well nevermind...
-
LMAO!!!
Thanks for the welcome guys :)
Just to prove how sad I am(and that I never turn down a chance to show it....)
the 4th law of thermodynamics.... there are only 3 that I know of but maybe I'm just not that good
3rd law of robotics - don't trust will smith :)
-
I will take advantage of this rare moment of a newbie actually coming back to post a 2nd time and say Welcome!

You're right, it was a trick question.
Although, when I wikkied the three laws of thermodynamics, I found this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeroth_law_of_thermodynamics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zeroth_law_of_thermodynamics)
and even this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_laws_of_thermodynamics#Tentative_fourth_laws_or_principles (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Three_laws_of_thermodynamics#Tentative_fourth_laws_or_principles)
So actually you could've almost made something up and still pass the test.
