Title: What is this??

I'll make this brief! I bought a pallet of computer equipment and have something here unfamiliar to me. It has HP PN: 466363-001 LADNK0AXLW51WX on the side. Is this a Thin Client and if so, what kind?

It has an abnormal shape, not the typical square thin client. It has an extended tab on the top in the back. What is this??
