Good to be here. I figured I'd start in the "safe" zone.
Video games and work are my two primary pursuits. I live with my spouse in Kansas. I'm politically unstable. I don't vote for parties I vote for candidates (I also realize that the candidates will then represent their party). I'm not very knowledgeable about many global issues (I'm working on it) except international finance and economics at a novice level.
Thanks for stopping in.

I thought Kansas had been abandoned by human life in the early 90s to make way for the automated farming robots.

I live in Kansas! What city do you reside in, new person?
Oh, and I dont appreciate the negative connotation of novice.

Welcome welcome... Are you in fact an M.D. or one of those other fake types of alphabet soup characters?
Many of us are keen on the gaming ala video, although strangely we seldom discuss it much. Politics is something that does get yakked about frequently, often, abundantly and loudly.
Please be enjoying your stay and don't step on the BizB.

It was outsourced to southeast Asia where humans are cheaper than robots.

Welcome! :-D

I meant novice as in super awesome level.
Well, I'm not an M.D. I'm working on a Ph.D. at the University of Kansas. So, yeah, it's a fake for now. But, it's just a abbreviation of great video game characters Dr. Mario, Cloud, Link, and Kirby. Even my pseudonym is geeky.
Kansas was populated for the third time early 2006 when the robots quit to work for Wal-Mart.

I don't think anything as ubiquitous in our culture as the Mario franchise has become can be claimed as an exclusive domain of geeks. Unless everyone is now a geek. Which is how it seems. Almost makes me want to be a jock.
You geeks are dumb. Let's play some b-ball. I like... uh...
What do jocks like?

What do jocks like?
I know the answer to this but I'm afraid it's much to graphic to post on a public forum.
