Looking at some old posts, I decided to go through and find my all time favourite idiot that stopped by Teh Geekery.
After sorting through 40 pages, give or take a couple, of people who haven't made any posts, I finally found him. Ladies and Gentlemen, Cyborgs and Lesbian Robots alike, feast your eyes on Casper. I think his name was casper at least. He was an idiot.  EDIT: Forgot this part. Some of his entertaining opsts included: teh Secret DivX Downloader, his brilliant quote of "you know what i think i will just quit and see if it actually gets me anywhere ", and his awesomely done double-posting of "anyone who says her tits are too big is crazy their beautiful " His being gone almost brings a tear to my eye.

Okie dokie.
I got a new computer, Dell Dimension 4600. 2.66 ghz, 512 ram, 40 gig drive, Radeon 9800, and some other random stuff. Windows XP Home edition, too. I'm sitting here, looking at this beautiful computer sitting next to me, realizing "Oh, wait, I'm using an emachine." Here's where I ask for your help: I moved, I took my computer with me. Before I left (Like, 20 minutes before I left) the old house my computer would go on line fine, I was playing EverQuest for a while before I left (Nothing new there). I get to Boston, hook my computer up, go to open up AIM and BOOM! It hits me: My computer won't go online. Now after my fair share of "omgwtf?!?"'s going around the house, I sit down and try to fix this problem. This just results in me getting a headache and almost throwing the computer out the window. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong? It's an integrated NIC card, working fine before I left. It's not the cable modem, since we have 3 other computers on it right now. I've tried every port on the hub, and nothing changes. I just don't have any ideas any more. =/ 9

Lately I haven't been around, have had a lot of RL crap going on in regards to if I'm going to be getting out of high school on the 18th of the month, and so far all signs point to yes.
But anyway, if you don't visit for a while, and you see a new threat, you click the view last unread, it should take you to the first post in that thread, right? For some reason, it's bringing me to the bottom of threads. Anyone know why? 10
Is it against the rules to post a website that contains an exe file? I made something really, really stupid in computers today, figured it might entertain some people. Won't post the link until I get verification, though. I can send it to Chris if he wants to do a virus scan on it.

Being a 49er fan herself, the lady recognizes Jerry and throws her baby down to him. Just as she throws it though, a huge gust of wind comes and takes the baby and starts to blow him off course. Jerry sees this and takes off after the baby. He hurdles the line closing off the area, fights through the crowd, dodges a couple of fire fighters, jumps over the car, and dives forward, just making a fingertip catch of the baby. The crowd around him goes wild and starts cheering his amazing catch. So Jerry jumps to his feet, raises his finger into the air, does a two step and then spikes the baby. 12

Now that, according to Bush, the fighting phase of Operation Iraq is over, what do you all think of how the country should be run?
Personally, I think that the US staying in there for any extended amount of time (6 months+) is absurd. We did what we needed to (at least what Bush ended up saying we needed to), the regieme is no more. After we (The US/Brits) start to get the food distributed to villages, pull out and let the UN go in and continue the food distribution, but let the Iraqi's govern themselves. If they don't want a democracy, let them have a monarchy, just make sure they don't get Sadam II. 13

I'm in the process of debating whether or not to buy a computer from DaerPC. Specifcally, this one.
I'd be upgrading to: Athlon XP 2700+ 333FSB 1GB DDR 80GB 7200RPM No cd 52x24x52 CD-RW GeForce4 TI4200 128MB 8X AGP No Modem No monitor No Raid and Firewire Here's my problem, do I want windows home or professional? this computer will be sitting at my house, never moved (unless I move), on a network with 3 or 4 other computers, possible 5th. I'm not sure of the difference between home and professional, as I just hate xp. Any suggustions? 20

I'm using DreamWeaver right now, just messing around with some ideas. Now I need to know: Is it possible to have a table with 2 rows, 1 coloumn per row, but 1 row being with a border and one without the border? If so, how do I do it, anyone?
