I resent you already. You're pretentious but I'll be taking notes from your posts.
Also, the way you condescend "n00bs" makes you come off too haughty to be calling yourself "sensitive".
Would you like to differentiate between the n00bs you feel superior to and the ones you regard as equals? Or are you more sensitive to some things than others and people don't hit your radar?

Bug Spray is a great idea, Vespertine. I would have used some after your suggestion but we don't have any so it is now on a shopping list, ty ^^. Also, what kind of loot do you think a spider would carry?
I agree with spiders being excellent pest control but I wish God had made them cuter and look less like they crawled out of which ever circle of Hell left a window open.
The idea of a personal army of giant spiders that work silently in the night and that I don't have to look at gave me a delightful shiver. I will consider the utility of non union arachnids but I might need a translator before any kind of contract can be negotiated. If snakes speak Parseltongue, what do spiders speak?

If spiders achieved levels for every inch in diameter there would be a level 3 spider in my laundry room.
Found it last night and should have dealt with it then because this morning it is above the door to the laundry room instead of in the corner over the washer.
I thought about smashing it with a broom to cause 'Knock Down' disabling it for at least 5 seconds depending on my attribute distribution but then realized it would be within striking distance of my feet and my boots have crappy runes.
I considered using the vacuum but the nozzle is less than two feet long and the handicap of high DPS tends to be easy interruptions and if it moves or God-forbid doesn't fit in the end of the nozzle I'll be screaming like a little girl and yesterday's load of darks will continue to rot until my roommate wakes up, if the screaming doesn't do it for her.
Someone suggested catching it in a towel but I'm out of sugary speed buffs. Any suggestions?

The Gillian Anderson show. She had a male co-host and they occasionally featured aliens, more so as the show progressed. I was surprised to hear Canadians call it the X-Files. That doesn't make a lot of sense, but then again when do Canadians ever make sense? *shakes head* Milk in bags...

For the most part I'll leave future newbies alone since I have no discerning taste when it comes to who would be good for the forum and who wouldn't.

On the subject of commercials, I feel that whoever came up with the slogan, "It's not delivery, it's Digiorno!" should be shot. In the face. With an uzi.
The DiGiorno commercials were terrible. Also, I'm aware this is an old thread but I was so happy to find it that I couldn't help myself: Folks who want their kids to be unique and special but not so different as to be made fun of and thus such parents intentionally misspell a classic/trendy name instead of choosing a name that is actually uncommon. How do they justify this? Obviously flagging your child as ignorant and illiterate doesn't set them up to be ostracized in school and waiting tables for the rest of their lives. Those sons/daughters may not achieve the lofty status of 'unique' that their parents hoped for but I guarantee they will always been seen as special. Second irk is folks who make fun of kids with awkward spellings when it's the parents who should be drummed out of town.

Miss Karina, you skipped the introduction step. There is a forum conveniently dedicated to just this. It is my advice that you refer to the registration instructions before the senior members of this forum eat you. Newbie with ketchup is a dietary staple around here. Well, to be honest, ketchup is a personal preference of mine, idk what the others like.

I haven't read anything by Charlotte Bronte though she's been recommended before. Personally, I'm a stickler for convincing characters but interesting writing style and setting can keep me even if I don't like characters. What specifically did you like about Jane Eyre?

My name is Vic and I’m a newbie. I write fantasy and read sci-fi. I hopped MMO’s for a long time before settling on Guild Wars.
