Alright guys...... what's the best xbox game..... I'll give you 2 catagories....

1) Best xbox-live

2) Best single player

What are your thoughts

i do.... and, for being a console, i couldn't be happier with it. besides, no need to worry about system specs when Doom 3 comes out.

Oh, that's a whole rant right there. I'm going to have to shell out about $800 in system upgrades in order to play Doom3 on my computer. I knew I was letting my PC fall behind, but I had no idea how fast it jet-skied it's way to worthlessness.

Definately looking forward to Doom3 but I havn't even heard of the others you mentioned.... what are they FPS, or RPG,

mine hit crap about 3 years ago. don't complain, i still use it for C&C and SC. get a console, they only become obsolete every 5 years or so, and an upgrade, as it were will only run ya about $200-$300 dollars. think about the economics on that. Console gaming isn't evil, just cheaper.

Seen one, never touched one. I played PS2 a few times. That's it for the current systems. Last time I was really into consoles, you had to have a super nintento to be a cool.

Phantom Crash is a mecha game and Voodoo vince is a platformer/puzzle game that's funny as shit.

I had one of those when I was a kid. It was awsome! In fact, about 4 years ago, I saw one for sale in an antique/crap store and almost bought it.

Well I'm worried too as I hear there is an xboxII coming out.... and I'm not sure as of yet if the xbox 1 games will be compatible or not, but something tells me they won't be!

No, No, and No. Sorry.

My xbox gets used far more as a DVD player than it does as a game console.

As for the NextBox. It won't be out for at least another year, and most bets are for 2006. By that time game technology will have advanced way too far to be able to tell what sorts of things we'll be doing.
