i HAVE ADOBE CS for windows. Will it still work If I were to get linux. And If I got linux would it affect my dads network at all.

What part of for windows is unclear? Linux is a seperate Operating System. It'd be the same thing as asking if you could run something for Windows on MacOS.

Networks are usually OS independent so putting a Linux box on a Windows (or Mac) network will work just fine as long as you're using a common Network Protocol. Which I would assume in this case to be TCP/IP for connecting to the Internet.

It will work fine, don't let these guys get to you. You should immediately install Linux over your dad's windows system. He will love you for it.
