AIDS and Other Diseases
« on: October 19, 2006, 02:43:36 PM »

I feel that this particular topic is a touchy and sensitive one. But, like other subjects, this needs to be discussed. There are many countries that have been affected by AIDS. It is a shame because these people don't have to die, but they do. Please post whatever you want, because I know that your opinions matter because I have a friend with AIDS. She is very upset about it, and I would like to show her that people do care about other people in her situation.

Thank you,

Sam Heath

Why is it a touchy subject?
You know that my opinion matters becuase your friend has AIDS?

Does your friend have full-blown AIDS, or did she just test postive for HIV?

I can't muster up any more care for your friend who contracted a deadly desease than I can for any other stranger 1/2 a world away from me.  Sorry.  It just won't happen.

I can't believe your insensitivity to this particular subject. If you can't feel any emotion for another dying human, then I suggest therapy.

This topic was locked to keep it from being deleted again. I don't know why it was deleted in the first place.
