Smells like fried chicken!
« on: June 19, 2003, 07:01:55 AM »

I was watching the news last night and was completly puzzled at the behaviors I saw. Protesters setting themselves on fire???? Weird Tingly Feeling??? Can anyone please explain to me the logic behind this? It is simply beyond my mental processing capacities. I mean, sure it draws attention. But it draws so much attention and people are so stunt that they don't even realize what the cause was in the 1st place.

There are some good aspects of people setting themselves on fire in a form of a protest. They might kill themselves in the process, leaving more oxygen for sane people to use. Anyone that sets themselves on fire in protest is not sane by any means.

What were they proesting, Judge?

I don't know. That's my point. The thing is so shocking to you are more interested in seeing the idiots running around in flames than to bother asking why.

Oh, well the Iranians are always mad about something. It's a Persian thing; you wouldn't understand it.

Just checking. Figured since France was involved, you'd have to know.

Anything French, I'm talking to you.  :P
