Helloooo.  I'm glad you all got your registration thing-a-ma-chingy fixed.  I tried to register here a couple weeks ago, but I never got my registration email.  So I couldn't ever log on.  I tried resending it like 50 times but it always said "Error".  I thought maybe you all had already heard about me!

Anyways, I'm here now.  And I'm kind of glad.  I was really looking forward to posting here.  You see, I'm what you might call an internet junkie.  Not so much games and pron, but reading and posting on bulletin boards.  That's my thing.

But don't be mistaken, I am most definitely a gamer!  In fact, I considered that my primary lifestyle until the arrival of my daughter.  Since then, I've rediscovered my life and I'm healthier and happier than I've ever been.  But I'm still a gamer and internet junkie, just not as bad.

I work as an internet programmer and DBA.  Fitting, don't you think?  My work does monitor my usage, but as long as I'm not playing games or looking at pron, they don't say much.  So web forums became "my thing" out of necessity.

Anywho, I've travelled the net from one end to the other, glad to be here.  Looks like an intelligent, well-mannered (for the most part) group with lively discussion on topics of wide ranges. 

I look forward to getting to know some of you.
