Anarchy / question about a laptop config and a graphics card

hello, im no computer expert but am not a noob either, prob somewhere in the middle but need a new laptop and am trying to find one with everything i want and get a good deal

this is the toshiba Satellite M500-ST6422 configuration

  after tax the total comes out to $1300, i just wanted a fast computer than can handle open multiple windows at once without hiccups, watch movies, go online, listen to music, and be able to play starcraft 2 when its released (is the graphics card capable of playing it smoothly?), but am i paying too much for this configuration?
