what i am asking for is an ALTERNATIVE to SWiSH which makes flash easier (I don't have enough time for it)... but I do wish to make these animations... do you know of any programs that will do so (not including flash and swish)?

Yes, PHP IS GOOD TO INTERFACE WITH MySQL.
Try www.mysql.com and d/l it if you run a host on your machine or www.freesql.org if your web host doesn't support MySQL (i have no experience with freesql.org, but it looks neat). If you need more help, holler

I am looking for a free alternative to SWiSH, a program the makes Flash animations. It makes text effects very easily and I am looking for something that I can do the same thing with, that I don't have to pay for.

state of the art cooling system, using both fans and liquids.
at least 2 160 GB IBM HDDs at least four 2.0 GHz Intel CPUs a 30" flat screen monitor a cool case, so it looks kewl an awesome sound video, with at lease 64MB SDRAM. an awesome sound card. at lease 5 GB SDRAM. lots and lots of different ports (USB, FireWire, etc.) a T1 connection or better to go along with it. dual boot WinXP Pro and Linux. now, THAT WOULD BE AWESOME i wish i had one

oh but btw i strongly suggest not using that runescape. things like that are for lamers and script kiddies... learn the skills.
