Hey anybody checked this out?   Its an ebay for geek-gamers only, and its actually pretty cool.   Just opened but it looks like its got a lotta potential.



I sold two things this week, so people are buying :-)

How is it spam, I just mentioned the site, I didn't directly point to my specific stuff for sale.   You have the URL for your site in your Profile, so does that mean everytime you post, your posting about your own website.... sheez, lighten up dude!

It could be perceived as spam because you didn't even bother to introduce yourself before telling us about the site. If you'd done that, no problems. :shrugs:

I wouldn't have the option to allow people to have their websites in their profiles if I did not want them to, therefore it's not spam. The only thing I don't like is when people come over here, register an account, and then make several posts that state something like, "Hey, check out this new site that I made, please signup for my forums so I have a lot of members!" Then it's purly spam.

I consider it spam when they come here to advertise their site in order to sell products and make a profit from it. Personal site or not, the intent was clearly to get us to buy some of his lame shit.
