Yes, it does work.  Well, phpbb put some line breaks in and stuff, so.... it took me a while to see what you said, but other than that i think its something cool, i will post the source on my site eventually.

It's just the line breaks and spaces, that's all.  I was remarking on the same thing you were, for the most part.  To use it to translate sentences in binary, one has to do it only one word at a time, or else the spaces fuck it all up.
