Cobra Commander from GI Joe or Shredder from TMNT?
[/i]Cobra Commander was an incompetent boob.  Shredder, all the way.  He failed just as often, but that wasn't necessarily due to his own incompetence.

If you watch the old GI Joe episodes, the Cobra Commander just makes one major blunder after another.  No wonder they replaced him with Serpentor.

Holy shit that sounds geeky.

Wow... I can't imagine why you don't have your VCR set to record Cartoon Network at 12:00 am every night.  They've got GI Joe running in that time slot.

Here's one...

Ernest or Erkel?

She-Ra definately. While she is He-Man's sister, she has lots of cute friends she could distract him with while she proceeds to take him by suprise and kick his ass.

I have been watching it pretty regularly since they started doing that though.  It amazes me that I actually used to watch that.  I mean, now I watch it mostly because it's pretty funny in an embarrassingly unintentional sort of way.  But back when it first aired, I watched it because I thought it was "cool".

Don't forget about those very scary monster movies from the 1950s, those were "scary" to watch, just as GI Joe was "cool" to watch.
