He told us that he would be joining us every day for our conversations whether we liked it or not. He brings nothing to the conversation. He interrupts us to tell us about his bodily functions in a grammatically-challenged way. He smells like fish and he always stands up-wind of us.

MORAL
This forum is a lot like the sidewalk in front of my house. Many people pass by. Some stop. If you decide to stop, don't be a Dick.

The part about "Our new neighbor is funny, bright and dresses nice (not that there is anything wrong with that)." is a reference to grammar and punctuation.
