Since I was sucking my thumb I didn't have enough fingers to count properly the members of the map, so I missed one.
Now that I can count with all my fingers I realized that one member was missed so it's 40% uruguayan members.

Whoa! I've been to Uruguay. Montevideo is a cool city. One look at Palacio Salvo and you'll want to stay. Plus they have chivitos and Viglietti. Go. Now.

I agree with everything, excepto for Viglietti.
