Hmm.  I made one just fine.  Of course, I can't delete it now (whoops) but try again.  Are you sure you clicked 'new topic?'

I think you have to have a certain amount of posts before you can post in technology.

Yes, it's one hundred posts. As I understand it, its purpose is to stop people from joining the forum only to get technological help or advice from us geeks. This way you have to express a profound interest for the forum before you get advice, or help or whatever. You gotta give before you can get, mate.
