I think I might have something that will get me a good amount of "hate mail". I just got to figure out how I'm going to word it.

Sometimes when I wake up in the morning I get weird emails, today was one of them:

This is Larry's wife again.  I scrolled down and read some more and feel compelled to share with you that we met on the internet about five years ago.  We've been married for four.  The highlights of our Friday evening were Sci-Fi Friday, pizza delivered, and a trip to the new WalMart Neighborhood Market.  At 2am.  
 
The 'net might be full of freaks, but it helps our kind of freaks (nerdy-fat-pasty-'net junkies-his-and-her-computer-rooms-pay-to-have-the-lawn-mowed freaks) find each other.  It's not all bad. Unless you see us out in public wearing shorts and Linux t-shirts and wonder how we have sex.  We don't. It's sweaty and you might miss a really good article on hackernetwork.com. (oooh, suckup! find her house and beat her up and take away her snack cakes!)

Okay, not really, but your article about gay marriages echoes the sentiments (well, more like righteous liberal live-and-let-live indignation) I was expressing myself only yesterday to my (opposite-sex but that's okay) spouse.  He's the geek who sent me the URL so I could read your article.  Best thing I've read in a while.
 
Be careful, you're making total sense, and you know how that pisses some people off.  You know, those people who believe in that magical cartoon character portrayed so convincingly in that Monty Python episode (just look for the giant disembodied foot).
