I'd be glad to give you ten # of mine Chris, but it would have to be adipose tissue.

I love eating these tiny Lean Cuisine things for lunch. Oh boy only 290 calories! And you're still hungry afterwards.

Dieting sucks.

I made my first post here on April 18th, and haven't weighed again until today:

Week 8: -12 lbs

I've been cheating, though. Oral surgery every other week means I have been rendered unable to eat for a good portion of that 8 weeks. >>;

That's really good. My total is 8.5lbs. I'd hoped for more. But I'm pretty pleased with it. don't think I'm going to lose any this week, I struggle at the weekends to control my eating. I've also hurt my ribs, so not been able to exercise this week. :(

I missed my weigh in last Tuesday since I was on hiatus (which is bad for the diet in and of itself), but Saturday I became the inaugural Psycho Donuts Donut Pizza Eating Champion

That was 4.5-5 MCal that I probably didn't need.  Anyway tomorrow's weigh-in will be scary.

After a week of solid dieting with a 1500 calorie limit and a mix of alternating cardio\weight training days I'm pleased to announce the following major accomplishment:

June 1st: 187lbs
June 8th: 187lbs

I DIDN'T GAIN! Well, that's something, right?

OK I did it today and it was as I feared.  The hiatus plus the ginormous 5 MCal donut did me in.
