Yo, Sam! How's it hangin'? Did I ever tell you about the time I saved the planet? It all began with an innocent trip to the post office. Merle and Hanna where riding in the back seat arguing over which was the last digit in pi. Merle insisted that it was 7 (the number of completion) while Hanna insisted it was 9 (her favourite number [she is the more self-centered one of two. Much of that comes from her grandmother {whom happened to be a fashion model until the Depression <which really hurt the women’s' hat industry hard> forced her to find work as a nurse}]). Now of course, I chimed in with the correct answer of 3. Well Merle was no-to-happy about me stickin' my nose in other people's arguments so she slapped me up-side my head. It just so happened that deputy MacAllister witnessed this and pulled us over. As he approached our car, I noticed he seemed to be walking funny, almost as if he wasn't used to using his legs. I rolled down my window, and he asked in a very peculiar voice: "You must find the golden monkey hat before the new moon rises or your planet is doomed!" Needless to say, I didn't want my planet doomed (after all, this is were I keep all of my stuff) so I set off on a dangerous and awe-inspiring quest for the golden monkey hat.....
