Sure.

Coolio Points were invented by a really cool guy at a now defunct site called Hacker Network (hereafter and everywhere else referred to as "HN").  They were used very similarly to ordinary-every-day-average-points, useless-points or pointless-points when said cool guy started a game called Crack Teh Case.


Coolio Points were awarded to the winner.

There are some examples of Crack Teh Case somewhere around this place if you're interested, you can find them... somehow.  I can't be bothered.

The beauty of Coolio Points back in the day was that their value was variable.  As Coolio would do things, good or bad, the value of one's Coolio Points would increase or decrease accordingly.

Chris decided to use Coolio Points instead of the default "Karma" that comes with SMF software.
