how do you get more stars

i want to know how to get more stars for example i have 1 star. Do u have to post alot or something.

Because being able to vote helps out around here (here as in this board, not here as in the US. Though to be honest, doesn't seem to much on that front either sometimes).

What states have a drinking age of 18? I was under the impression it's still 21 in all the states.

They used to have 3.2 bars in states like Oklahoma where 18ers could drink 3.2 beer.

But, yeah, I'm almost positive they all are 21 now.

Funny story about selective service. I signed up for something online when I was 12 or 13 or so and said I was 18 as was the requirement. I kept getting a bunch of stuff in the mail about credit cards, etc . . Then one day a selective service form came. I called and they said to mail it back or something but I never did.

. . . Not sure how they got me registered without it . .
