Every day you remember to read this forum, let alone be motivated to post something (you lazy selfish bastards), list the 3 things for which you are at least somewhat OR not at all grateful. You might be on to something, here. It just seems like a never-ending stream of contractors and other vendors coming by their place as of late, and I've only been living here about a month!
