I suspect it is some ill-conceived undercover McDonald’s marketing campaign. I haven’t been to a McDonald’s in over a decade, so I don’t know anything about these McDeamy/McSteamy sandwiches but, you’d think they’d reserve this sort of advertising for something like the McSpammy...
