I'm heading to Austria!
In the 5th quarter of my EMBA program, we're doing an international trip to Europe. The cities/countries we'll be visiting include Berlin Germany, Prague in The Czech Republic and Vienna Austria.
The trip ends in Vienna and I'm planning on staying for an additional 5 days after my classmates (most of them) return. I'm also flying my 13 year old daughter over to join me for the extended stay (best dad ever... I know). I know some of you have done some travel and I thought I'd tap that resource (if you know what I mean) and see if yáll (a little southern lingo) had any suggestions for places to vistening in the Vienna area that would be fun/educational.

G'DAY MATE!! Have fun in the land down under!
Enrique did a study program in Prague. I'll ask him where you should make sure to go.

When we went to Heviz, Hungary. We took a day trip to Vienna. There is easily dozens of places to go. We did some old house tour and then went to the Summer Palace.
Have a blast. And BBCkT has a fantastic dad!

I haven't been to ANY of those places. Maybe I should get myself one of them EMBA things.

Actually, Prague is the birthplace of modern beer and we'll be there during the start of Oktoberfest. I'm happy for that.

I just returned form my holiday in Austria but I was on the other side of the alps. I suggest you practise your german a bit and stay away from gypsies.
