Would you like to help reduce the number of trees that are cut down each year that are used to print 12 billion magazines? I work with Zinio, the global leader in digital and interactive publishing. We are offering a FREE, one-year subscription to a magazine of your choice when you visit http://www.goreadsomethingworthyourtimethatisntspam.com. We call this the Read Green Initiative. Sample titles include: Backpacking Light, Boating Life, Business Jet Traveler, Computer Shopper, Golf Fitness Magazine, iPhone Life, Kiplinger's, Motorcyclist, Natural Solutions, Organic Gardening... and hundreds more!

If you plan to stick around, which I doubt you do, please introduce yourself properly in the correct forum. Thanks.

I subscribe to a motherfucking ton of magazines. I don't even read them. They just pile up on the veranda until I recycle them. I have developed a special recycling process that turns paper into ceramic chainsaw chains, which I sell to the lumber industry at a reduced price. So it all works out.

/me burns reams of new, unused, non-recycled, still bound paper in a bonfire started with fresh, unpulped, sticks of hardpaper.

What about all the jobs that will be lost if we go to digital? The newspaper/magazine makers will lose their jobs. The people at the paper manufacturing plant will lose their jobs. The lumberjacks will lose their jobs. The truck drivers will lose their jobs. The damn CEOs will lose their jobs.
Personally, I think it is totally worth it to switch to digitial...tch
