MOSCOW, July 13 (Reuters) - Russia and Georgia should not allow a mounting crisis over Georgia's breakaway region of South Ossetia to derail improving bilateral ties, top officials from both states were quoted as saying on Tuesday. The two states have engaged in an angry war of words after Georgia's nationalist President Mikhail Saakashvili -- who recently subdued another independent-minded region, Adzhara -- launched the latest drive to restore control over South Ossetia....
