How do I find out the MHz speed of installed memory
« on: November 29, 2004, 01:06:22 PM »

I need to find the MHz speed of a memory stick I have installed in my system.  The system is running really slow, and I think I may have forgot my brain when I got this other stick some time ago.  One stick is PC100, and the other stick does not say if it is 100 or 133.

I seem to remember finding out I had mismatched speeds in my system, but for the life of me I cannot remember HOW I found out.

Is there any free or trial software (or even software already installed) that can display this information?

Running the latest Windows XP Professional.

I found mine behind the fridge, with all those single socks.  I was hoping to find Cat's package there ;) but hell that's probably with the other one.  I blame George W Bush…

I like to use PC Wizard. It monitors all kinds of stuff.

AIDA32 was retooled into Everest. Updated product, only retooled under a different (now corporate) name.
