Hey guys, my name isn't Anyanka and I am a 22 year old Grad Student.  I was raised on Star Trek: TNG and am a huge Lord of the Rings and Stupid Sexy Flanders fan, among other fandoms.  I used to be on a LotR forum but thought I might spread out a bit and try something a little less topic-specific. 


I hope everyone's week is going well...new LOST tonight!!!

Last season was alright...I didn't keep up with it, but thought I'd give it another go this season, and boy am I glad I did!


So yeah, if you don't have to shell out too much cash (if the show's not that important to you) go for it, it's entertaining.  I mean, it's no Mythbusters, but... :-P

Yeah, it's about how tension cable snapbacks can cut people in half if they're too close.  That's a true one, btw... we had a training film on that in basic training in the Navy on the dangers of mooring lines snapping and ripping heads and limbs off and stuff.  Pretty graphic.   :-P
