Ok, first of all I'm new and I should probably start a post in the "new members" page but I thought I'd post here first.
Which is a really bad idea.

Anyhow, I really just want to understand the way ISO image files work.
So join and follow the rules like everyone else. So far you aren't doing too well.

After the image is burnedpost is made and I put the disc back in the drivego back to read it; I don't see any data filesthing at all except "Thanks so much". What am I doing wrong?
Not following rules. We have an entire tutorial. Avail yourself quickly, please.

First off all I didn't know there were any so called "etiquette" rules to posting on forums. If there is then it's totally my mistake and I sincerely apologize. I just thought somebody would be willing to explain some details to me without causing a shit storm on a "PUBLIC" forum. If there are rules and regulations to posting then I highly suggest that you screen people who want to become members. I will find my answers elsewhere...have a nice day! ..|..^^..|..

First off all I didn't know there were any so called "etiquette" rules to posting on forums.

There are, it's not just limited to forums either, a certain amount of etiquette should be utilised in general life too.  More than etiquette, some common sense is usefull too.

If you wanted an answer to your question and you called tech support, you're expected to launch straight into your problem, they don't care about who you are.

If you join a computing club or something, the reverse is true.  You're expected to get to know people a little before you start shouting "CAN ANYONE HELP ME!?"

It's stated in a few places that this isn't a tech support forum, this is a community.  So, perhaps you should engage your real world common sense on the intarwebs.

I will now stop talking to banned members.

Just because something is accessible to the public does not mean it is "public".

My wife introduced me to a new term the other day:  Muffin Shirt.  It's one of those belly shirts worn by someone who probably shouldn't.  The visual should follow from there.

There's a guy at my college who can do that with a normal shirt...

..I really wish he wouldn't stretch so much.
