All your rootballoons are at level 0. Are you doing upper flash or lower flash? Try a slower, lower flash; maybe an oopsie upskirt. That oughta get those rootballoons up to at least a Level 9.

Your code is a little confuzzling so I'm not sure, but it appears that when your timer times out it doesn't send the play head to where the "remove movie clip" actually lives.
