Title: Email Accounts
Post by: Anonymous on January 28, 2004, 01:39:33 PM
Each writer should now have an email account @gotthegeek.com to use, to check your mail for your account use this page (http://www.gotthegeek.com/email/)

To login, use the following sytax:
you+gotthegeek.com replacing "you" with your user name.

The login information should be the same as the default information was for the Coranto login, it should still be in your PM boxes, hopefully. If not, just give a "holla" and we'll see what can be done.

I encourage you to use these email addresses instead of your other ones. They will get ruined with SPAM. Just look at me, I get several hundred a day.

I got a page cannot be displayed. Prolly because that port you use is blocked. I'll try from home.

I used the link you have posted above, Chris. I put my info in, then I get another dialogue box that asks for the same information.

It's still the addition symbol. Also, it's the same thing if you decide to use Outlook or Eudora.

Yeah I'm pretty sure it's the fucking firewall again. Can you set that page on port 8080 or does that cause security issues?

It's up to Insider Hosting (http://www.insiderhosting.com) this time. It's nothing that I can switch. :(

I don't know what those corkscrews are talking about.  It worked just fine for me.
