Title: favourite manga/anime?
Post by: Toast on April 19, 2011, 12:54:11 PM: My favourite manga is Death Note. It really messes with your head. My favourite anime is either Hellsing or Blood+( i love vampires...as long as they don't sparkle)

Phantom relies on color and music to progress plot and themes, while Lain focuses more on the actual definition behind the objects drawn in it. Both are psycho-thrillers. Kino's Journey is a close first on the anime because of its anthropological context. It has simple, peaceful art and highlights world views and the importance of understanding.

Absolutely agreed. I love the story, the art, the characters. And the twists are amazing.
