I have totally forgot to be here lately. Just wanted to bob on and say I had a bit of a wobble over Christmas but I am currently 21.5 pounds down in total. Only got another 11.5lb to get to my goal which is  125lb!

Back up to 141.5lb ... yoyo'd between 140 and 141.5 for the whole of December!

Last time I posted my weight on here i was 158lbs... guess what I am now? 158lb! Drats.

Started weight watchers yesterday. clearly the running isn't helping me shed those pounds.

Oh and I'm up to 11 miles now.
