Someone broke into my car and left 2 more.

Oy vey. I became a teenager, everything after that was a blur. Bad clothes, worse music. Oh, it hurts to think about.

Are you sure you've heard of Google? There are a billion 80s flashback sites out there.

Wanna know what the 80's were like?  Go to Long Island.  Right now.  They're all stuck in that decade for some reason.

The early 80s had a great hardcore scene.  We had a greedy sanctimonious bastard as POTUS who proposed a trickle-on economic theory.  The hardcores had tons of material to write about.  During the middle of that decade I saw my beloved Broncos lose three Super Bowls in four years.  The latter half of the decade were the college years.  Much drinking, much merriment.  Working 70 hours a week barely scraping by.  Fortunately I worked food service so fortunately I was able to eat.  Sadly, the 80s were the birth of the 24 hour "channels" and incessant coverage.  The Challenger exploding was the beginning of this horrible phenomena.  It was on every channel, all day for probably about a month.  I remember people in my dorm glued to the TV set.  If I would have known that this would become the future I would have smacked some sense into my dorm-mates then and there.

I remeber when the Challenger exploded. I was in HS back then. I don't recall paying that much attention to it other than thinking that it really sucked   since NASA finally seemed to be doing more to get the general public involved.
