I was referring to the old joke about the blonde who died when her hairdresser cut the wire to her headphones. The hairdresser, if you recall, put the tape from the blonde's walkman into a player and heard "Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in, breathe out. Breathe in..." over and over.

Of course, Machinehead is entirely plausible also.
