Yet another opening now. The Chief Justice MAY retire as well, but I think we all knew this was coming. If so It's going to be an all out war in the Senate now, you watch.

Ah, my fault for not including the link when I first posted, which is a good thing, I suppose since the story has been 'corrected'. It has since backpedled from "He's announced his retirement" to "He's going to announce it tonight" to "Gee, you know, he may not do it yet, but by God he should!"

Especially the part near the end where they're speculating Ginsburg and Stevens as 'possible departures' as well. But then again, it's foxnews.com so of COURSE they're going to run that.  :lol: Yahoo news had some running stories speculating on it as well.
