Hello all.  For the regulars here, I like your site.  

The subject of this is to the HN members (who apparently took the site down without telling me LOL).  Thought ya could get away didn't ya?  :lol:

About myself I don't know much to say.  I'm a 40+ year old construction superintendent who's been playing with computers what seems like forever.  The first one I had was a Timex Sinclair when they were new.  Kind of got hooked and have been dabbling with them ever since.

One question I do have though,  Has the great one Pepe ever posted here?

HN is going through a major hosting crisis at the moment, and it might be a few days before it's back up and running normally again.

We wouldn't ditch you like that.  Well, I wouldn't anyway.... I can't speak for everyone else... ;)

Indeed.  I saw the posts of other HN members here and got the gist of it.  It apparently went down right after I made a reply to a post someone had going on a google search for Demosthenes.  I had a pic I wanted you to explain about when it was taken.

I believe you may have already been gone to get married.  BTW how did it come off?

The wedding went off great.  A good time was had by all, and everything went as well as could be expected.

Uh, no.  That's not me.  Nowhere near how I look.  I'm more or less like my avatar...

I don't know who that guy is in that pic from GIS, but it looks like some guy who likes to wear makeup, and is at a prom or something...

Thanks for the welcome Demo, Lacerda.  This place seems to be alright.  

I really liked that pic when I saw it.  And just think when HN gets up Demo will have to start the entire denial thing again.  LOL

I know I promised I'd never ask him about it again but I asked there before I did here. :D

From what I can see there has been a moderate stampede around here.  HN is back up so that may slow (or may increase now that I think about it) now.  I think I'll keep a check on the site now that I've been here.
