Hehe, Now that you have charged into this thread with your asskicking stick in hand and your flamethrower at the ready, I wonder if anybody knows how to get those GODDAMNED COMCAST TECHS to admit that maybe I know what I am talking about when I tell them I am getting an unacceptable SNR on my upstream and they need to replace the ^%$& lines that the kids have been playing with, using as BB targets, and throwing 4 pound horseshoes at?

Geesh, it's like if you have tits you automatically are dumber than Forrest gump.

This tech yesterday started throwing buzzwords at me, telling me my problem was 'my router having a bad setting on it's flux capacitor"
kinda wish I could have reached through the phone and ripped the guy's balls out through his nose.

Dont worry, its not only if your female or not, they will be arrogant. I too have been the phone shaft while trying to use their tech support. But oh well, in 7 days I will be calling them greatfully to have them hook up my net.
