Media Centre Alternatives
« on: June 08, 2006, 05:31:45 PM »

Hey guys anyoneknow of any decent media centre alternatives out there?  I dont necessarily want a whole OS.  Just a program that will sort of organise my files etc have some remote accessability and doesn't even need TV connection.  I know what you are thinking 'dude just use media player'.  I hate media player.  I'm looking for something open source ideally, but will alo run on windows.  Any thoughts guys?
Thanks

Yeah, I know a BUNCH of decent alternatives. You really never have to use WinMP ever again, once you know about all the really great decent alternatives availalble to those who know what they are.

My big thought is why the guy forgot the 'e' in the middle and the 'b' at the end of his login.
