Nope, Skizz. Saint Google tells me a big of poems with the same name was written in 1974. The flick I saw was from 1950.

Pretty damn good movie. Flash backs were a little annoying because it was really hard to tell what was a flashback and what wasn't, but I think the director did that intentionally. I think you were supposed to be confused by the flashbacks, in which case, fine job. I liked it anyways.

2007 documentary about Kenneth Pinyan, the sick bastard who died after being buggered by a horse. Putting aside the fact that the filmmakers seem to be really sympathetic towards those who have "loving relationships" with animals (

), the narrative lacks clarity, and the cinematography is boring. I wouldn't recommend it.

Yeah HeavyJay, I was awake for that part.

Regular Jay...I knew that. But the movie was hard to follow. I hear it was so much easier to follow if you were actually alive at the time it happened. My question is, if THE ESTABLISHMENT was so powerful and wanted to keep this secret, why did THEY let the movie be made?

I rented it because...hey, zombies. Then I found out Sam Raimi's and Bruce Campbell's names are attached to it. That was a pleasant surprise. Yeah, it was shot on Super-8 and the audio was dubbed, but the gore was pretty damned good and a few interesting concepts were employed. I'd watch it again.
