Goal:  125  Lose 22 pounds in eight weeks.
Starting weight:  147

Week 1: 145  -2 pounds
Week 2:  138.6  -6.4 pounds
Week 3:  135.6  -3 pounds

I'm trying to get from 235 down to about 190-ish in about a year's time.

So far I've put on 2lbs.   :roll:  I think it's because my body's decided I need more muscle mass.  :roll:

Last time I posted my weight on here i was 158lbs... guess what I am now? 158lb! Drats.

Started weight watchers yesterday. clearly the running isn't helping me shed those pounds.

Oh and I'm up to 11 miles now.

Yeah, if you weighed like 400 lbs that would be possible but that's like 20% of your starting weight and would be super-duper unhealthy.

This one time I was carrying this 60 lb bag of cement up some stairs, and when I got to the top I dropped 60 lbs in like ONE SECOND, and it FELT GREAT!
