Title: PotC 2 *no spoilers*
Post by: Evonus on July 10, 2006, 04:36:33 PM: I saw it two days ago. Very good movie. It's one of the very few sequals that lives up to the original IMHO. I'd give it a 9/10. Anyone else on this board see it?

i have heard just about as many good things about it, as i have heard bad. it has been a sold out show for days, everytime we tried to get tickets, its been sold out, but we havent tried since sunday night

i was talking to a few friends about an hour ago, and they absolutly hated it, and loved the first one... i about fell to my knees and cried in the middle of wal-mart lol

ok, maybe not that drastic, but i was a little depressed while they gave their opinions. i have been looking forward to this movie for MONTHS. and if it isnt good...ijust dont knw what im going to do lol

Post by: cheshirecat on July 28, 2006, 06:06:03 PM: I personally loved this movie. Johnny Depp was really hilarious when he played Jack Sparrow. Won't spoil anything here, but it was definitely worth watching.

Anyway, I'm wondering if anyone here has listened to the soundtrack for this movie yet... I've heard a few tracks, and was impressed. Zimmer's compositions are just fascinating to listen to. I'm sure it must've take him a long time to not only compose each piece, but make them fit into the movie. It's very genius! What do you guys think of the soundtrack?
