Entertainment / Puzzle-Solve On Cell Phones
« on: May 07, 2007, 01:09:00 PM »
I saw OffSPOT and I got this idea of hosting a mystery thing. I don’t know exactly what to call it. It could be like a quiz or a game or a puzzle. I can upload videos or wallpapers or ringtones or audio files to OffSPOT, right? So. I’d design a game of some kind, people would have to use a particular ringtone as password to get into an underground concert or something, and they’d have to upload their answers to questions I’d ask them in a video or something, and they’d compete for like a week or something until the mystery is solved. I don’t have everything worked out, but I’m sure people would like it. They’d be able to buy the video or wallpaper clues from OffSPOT for almost nothing, and upload their responses, so that they’d make money from other people downloading their stuff to solve the puzzle. I think it would work.

Vanessa actually just signed as the “Guest Creator” for Flirt! Cosmetics, so she’s definitely got some stuff going on.  I’ve actually been working for Flirt! for a bit, and we’ve been working with her on a new cosmetics line for August.
There’s a cute video with her too, at www.myspace.com/flirt!

Sounds like you guys don't think that a cool video game like this could be fun.
It's also fun to make fun of the judges a little while watching them judge me for my singing.

I recently bought the new KRPAI game for the PS2, and I love it. It's like singing for American Idol except it's formed in a video game that comes with a microphone. :-)
So far in the game, I've sung "You've Lost That Loving Feeling," "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" and "Piano Man." I've gotten pretty good scores on those songs as well as good, constructive criticism to sing better. It's pretty cool.

Have you guys played this game yet?

Okay, I go back to my prevoius post.
Farting is for losers. Keep it in your house, not out in public!

Yeah it was definitely hilarious.
I didn't expect to see Jack Osbourne mess up on the first night of the job, but it happened. I'll probably be watching tonight's episode. I heard that LaToya jackson is afraid of cats. This should be good.

Last night's premiere episode wasn't too bad.
Did anyone catch it?

One of the episodes is apparently titled "Firing Range." xD

I'm SO gonna  watch that show.

I think the show will be hilarious. But was the farting really necessary?

After watching this video of Armed And Famous, I was trying to figure out why everyone was laughing. It’s kinda gross to capture Erik Estrada farting during their training of defending a weapon. Farting is for losers. What a great way to become embarrassed on TV.

After looking at the weird pictures of nude scenes upon this list, it was ugly to see Ali Larter from Varsity Blues (included in this list) have Whip Cream to cover up her private parts. Who would do that?!? Even though Kathy Bates’ acting is good, why would anyone want to see her nearly naked in a hot tub? If these women are going to be on TV, at least cover up!

Jurgita seems to be the hottest chick on the block. The shots reveals her nice bosy to the camera, and isn't shy about her look. Seriously, a guy would be nuts to not want her. It'd make sense to dump a current girlfriend to have her.

Anarchy / New Software Conversation
« on: November 10, 2006, 04:06:35 PM »
I was having a conversation with my girlfriend, and we were talking about computer speaking application. So the conversation went like this:
Me:  Do you know of any software speaking applications that are out?
Her: I know of one that I’ve used somewhat.
   Me:  What is it?
Her: One program is Dragon Naturally Speaking.
Me:  Where can I go to know more about this?
Her: You can go here to learn more about it.
Do you guys know of any other speaking applications or anything?

I just went into a site that was talking about Aliens and UFOs, and how Aliens were taking Mercury over. Then I found a sound clip of a UFO talking. He said, “So Charlie finally broke up with me. And she said that her parents would never let her marry somebody from another plant, and I’m like ‘Come On, man!’ I mean she’s pretty, she’s bright. It’s not like I have seven noses or anything.”
Isn’t this bazaar?

I love both pictures, but I'd have to go with Napstergirl more. I just love the way the light reflects onto Napstergirl's body in this shot, which brings out a hotter feature of her body and what she's wearing. But that's just MHO.

Yeah. Me either. But I did actually see a couple funny clips on You Tube that's worth mentioning.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DSD6C5ybcNE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cWwLDEW4AAQ

I couldn't stop laughing during the japanese clip. I would've been spanked over & over again for laughing as much as I did. As for the other clip, I'm not sure if this is from Veronica Mars. But Fash (puppet) did a great job ditching the football and the other guy to hang out with the girls. Too bad he can't talk.

Entertainment / Re: What are the best tv shows you guys think?
« on: September 01, 2006, 04:53:38 PM »
I'd have to say that Veronica Mars is a great TV show. I've been watching it because the storyline is pretty awesome. Plus I just saw Veronica in a funny clip.

http://date.heyfash.com

I like Veronica's attitude towards her mom. But why is she really dating Fash? Is it because he can't talk, so he'll make an even better impression on her? I don't get it.

Happy Belated Birthday, you two. Here's a birthday clip that's a little odd, but appropriate for this occasion.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AV7MSRrT4d8

I think it's funny and strange as to how this puppet can't talk, yet he's got strings that you can't see. I just don't understand why Fash is getting a cake when he dones't have the ability to open his mouth at all. Pretty weird.

I know it's not good to laugh at someone who's trying to speak English, but at least he's trying. The Fash puppet can't even talk at all. So more props to the Japanese guy and everyone else who's watching him.

Entertainment / Re: song writing
« on: July 28, 2006, 01:19:49 PM »
I think songwriting is a cool creation of the mind. I know it sounds weird, but it's true. I like writing any song that I can create, but it never helps when a writer's block is in the way of my creativity. That's why I go and listen to Mick Jagger's solo writing style, or Jack Johnson's writing style. One song that i love listening to for a sense of creativity is Mick Jagger's "Brand New Set Of Rules" from his Goddess In The Doorway album. I just love how the guitar parts and the writing style works. Plus it's mellow and soft. I'm not sure whether to call it a ballad or what, but I still like that song. What do you guys think of it?

Geek, that's a great selected songs you got. I love Queen now, and hated them when I was a kid. But when I first heard "It's A Kind Of Magic" on the radio last year, I had no idea that it was Queen. I really got attached to this song quickly. I still love the song after a year of hearing it on & off. I think I love Freddie's singing and the harmony parts that were done there. I also heard this song in a Showtime TV Series, Queer As Folk. This song was played under a scene of Justin drawing something he sees, and then the episode fades out and the song continues through the credits. I loved how they fit this song in there because it really fit the mood of what was going on during a mellow scene.

« on: July 13, 2006, 06:54:34 PM »
I didn't see this posted yet, so I'll mention it here. Syd Barrett, the founder of Pink Floyd, passed away on July 7th from cancer at his home in England. The information on his death and whatnot is in Wikipedia.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Syd_Barrett

His highest musical success was when he was with Pink Floyd. Even though it was for less than 5 years overall, he'll always be remembered for particiapating in the Wish You Were Here album. I think I'll listen to it on Naspterlinks in memory of his musical career.

Entertainment / Last Concert
« on: July 05, 2006, 01:13:57 PM »
I'm curious, what's the last concert you've ever been to? Mine was on Saturday. I saw Eddie Money at the Marin County Fair. He was just an awesome performer and singer. I also found him hilarious at times because in between some songs, he'd tell a story or a joke, and he made the audience laugh like crazy. I think I'm going to see him again because some of the songs he sang were great. One song I wished he played was "Baby Hold On." But hearing two other well-known hits were just as good.

Anyway, how about you?

I've only found the radio version of that song on Naspterlinks. Before that, I've only heard the song a couple times on the radio. I never liked it, so I don't really get to hear the full length song or the lyrics. Thanks for posting the lyrics.
