Music Video Race
« on: July 21, 2014, 12:51:47 PM »

Last Night I went to the third annual Music Video Race.  What a great concept.  They pair musicians with filmmakers, give them 48 hours, and then they have professional film and music journalists pick winners in several categories.  Anyway I was really impressed with the music and the videos.  They sandwiched the videos with bands to open and close the night.  Anyway check out the site.  They have the last two years' entrants up and will probably be adding this year's soon.

Interesting concept. I wish Bethlehem's MusikFest would do something like that but instead they aren't creative like that and just stick to their usual crap. Their usual crap consists of selling beer for about 12 dollars for 8 ounces and sub par bands that sound like death.

Nice find, though. Is the even close to home?

San Francisco.  I'm an hour away.  San Jose is a bigger city, but doesn't have the entertainment possibilities that SF does.
