I want to make a background creator program. Basically, it would be like a dress-up game, except for making backgrounds. I would want people to be able to accessorize the penguin, change around the font for cool ass and XP pro text and such. The image creation part of all this wouldn't be a problem for me, it's the program writing. How would I go about this?

P.S. To understand what I mean about accessorizing the penguin and such, here is the background I created for myself.

I've got Macromedia Studio MX 2004 All-In-One Desk Reference for Dummies. The torrent site I got it from has shut down, but I'll happily seed it for you if you want. It's a 13mb, let me know if you want it & I'll send you the torrent.
